Background and Description
This project explores how decision science can be applied to fantasy football drafting. I used a combination of Value Over Replacement (VOR) analysis and full-draft optimization with mixed-integer programming to identify smart draft strategies and player targets. The goal is to show how decision analytics can go beyond predictions to guide better decisions.
