Fantasy Football Drafting Analytics

Background and Description

This project explores how decision science can be applied to fantasy football drafting. I used a combination of Value Over Replacement (VOR) analysis and full-draft optimization with mixed integer programming to identify smart draft strategies and player targets. The goal is to show how decision analytics can go beyond predictions to actually guide better decisions.
